We collect information you provide through assessment and contact forms, including your name, email, assessment answers, and demographic or relationship details requested by the form, such as age, gender and years married.
We also process generated scores and reports, relevant payment references or status, support correspondence and delivery records. Website and service providers may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs.

Information is used to provide assessment access, calculate scores, prepare and review reports, deliver PDFs, answer support enquiries and administer the service.
Required fields are identified on the form. Without the required answers and a valid assessment email, we may be unable to prepare or deliver your report.
The current report uses fixed scoring and report rules, with team review before delivery. Service messages concern your assessment, payment, report or support request.

Team members responsible for report review, delivery and support may access relevant information. Service providers process information needed to perform their functions.
- Stripe: payment processing.

Assessment entries and reports are stored in the service’s systems. Delivery logs, email systems and backups may contain additional copies.
